These M&M No Bake Peanut Butter Bites are amazing and so easy to make. I think they were gone in 2.5 minutes after I finished taking the photos.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- Peanut Butter M&Ms
Instructions
- Mix sugar, butter, and milk in a large saucepan.
- Bring to a full, rolling boil over med heat.
- Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until peanut butter is melted; stir in oats.
- Let cool for 15-20 minutes.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and top with Peanut Butter M&Ms.
