The road to a healthy life is paved with baby steps. This week I had some really good days. I feel like I am finally starting to resist my cravings. I still didn’t stick to the plan 100%. I have been working on some recipe blog posts and I tried them to make sure they tasted okay.

Weight loss this week: -2 pounds
Weight loss to date: -23 pounds
Weight left to lose: 52 pounds
Success: stuck to the plan for the most part.
Set-Back: went out for sushi, and taste testing a few recipes I made.
Exercise: starting training for a 5K!
