We were recently sent the game Just Dance Disney Party for Kinect. We really enjoyed Just Dance 4 so I was excited to get the Disney game for Dustyn to try out. It had a lot of songs that I recognized from when I was a kid like Bear Necessities. That song was one of the lower level games so it was a little easier for Dustyn. They did have some other more recent songs that Dustyn recognized. One of the things I didn’t like was that before each song you had to pick the language. I love the fact that they offer the songs in all the different languages but wish that you could pick a default. That way you wouldn’t have to pick before every song which was a little difficult for Dustyn to do.
Dustyn really enjoyed playing it with Kenny and had fun “beating Daddy”. They were also able to play as a team that way they both won, which you all know is important with a four year old. Though he did take losing pretty good. They really had fun playing it and Carsyn loved to watch. He even cracked up laughing a few times. I have to admit I laughed a few times too seeing Kenny doing some of the moves. Thankfully he is a good sport and doesn’t mind me taking pictures.
Some new features that the game includes is an option to repeat a song if your child has a favorite. You can also set it to show the lyrics on the screen so that you can learn all the words. The game is very easy to play and there is a great variety of songs to choose from. If you are looking for an awesome Christmas present for your son, daughter, niece or nephew Just Dance Disney Party is the game for you. It is reasonably priced and would make any one happy to have this game under their Christmas tree.
At the end of playing all of those games Dustyn was worn out!! Finally something we can play inside this winter that will keep him active and get some energy out.
