We have had our instant pot for a year or so now, but haven’t used it much the past few months. I went on the hunt for simple instant pot dinner recipes to try in the coming weeks. We did make the buttery ranch pork chops last night. They were soooo delicious and tender. We served them with a side of loaded mashed cauliflower.
