Do you all remember my Health Bits Apple Dip?? Well it is DELICIOUS but totally not healthy at all. Doesn’t really have any nutritional value. Well I love eating it but doesn’t really fit in with me trying to get healthy. At play group yesterday my friend Angela made Greek yogurt and peanut butter fruit dip and I had to share it with you all. It is so yummy and packed with protein! It is also a lot easier to make.

Greek Yogurt and Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 Teaspoons of Honey
Instructions

Mix all ingredients well.

You can add more or less peanut butter and honey depending on the taste and consistency you want.
It is seriously soooo delicious and I don’t feel quite as guilty eating it. Plus it goes good with other fruits too! Enjoy!
