Well this week wasn't a total bust. I didn't gain, but I didn't lose again... Really starting to get frustrated with myself. I know I need to stick to the plan to lose the weight. I am tired of being so big, but then I see pizza, or soda, or french fries and I just have to have it. I am glad I didn't gain any weight though.
