During the Summer I get tired of just putting my hair in a pony tail, so I wear this easy summer hair style almost everyday. I like to get my hair out of my face and this is a super simple way to do that and look put together.
I did want to change it up just a bit so I decided to dye my hair this gorgeous color, Bordeaux Red, by Schwarzkopf. Their Keratin Color products are top notch. Professional quality hair color at home that offers flattering colors while caring for the hair.
Keratin Color provided quality hair color with rich and even colors. I loved that there was pre-treatment was included to help with even color results.
Before beginning make sure to preform the allergy test with a small amount of the color creme in a thin layer on a little patch of skin using a cotton bug and leave uncovered for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, wash the color cream throughly with luke-warm water. If any reaction occurs any time within 48 house do not use this colorant.
If everything is okay follow these steps. First, put on your gloves and apply the pretreatment on the dry ends of your hair. Squeeze the entire content of the color creme tube into the application bottle. Place the cap back on the bottle and shake vigorously until all ingredients are mixed together. If this is your first time coloring apply to your full head using the whole mixture strand after strand. Then massage the mixture with your fingertips and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water until the water runs clear. Towel dry your hair and apply the Keratin Care Complex Conditioner, leave on for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
The color is super vibrant, I am in love and my hair feels great!
Easy Summer Hair Style
For the hair style part your hair over to the side. Take a little chunk in the front section from the side with the most hair. Separate into three pieces. Now start the braid, when you get back to the front piece drop that and pick up a little extra hair. Just on the front. This will help your braid be able to pull back more easily. Braid again and when you get to the front piece drop it and pick up a piece of hair. Do this three times total, then just braid like normal. I took a little rubber band when I got to the end to hold the braid together. Then I pulled it back and secured with bobby pins. You can either hid it behind your other hair or pin it on the outside. You could also pull the rest of your hair back with the braid or leave the braid hanging. There are endless possibilities.
Want to try a new color? Right now they have a Try Me FREE rebate. I found mine at my local Walmart in the Hair Color section
