Here is what the dining room look like before. Well after I filled in all the holes and we moved everything out. There used to be a fish tank on the left wall.
I wish I would have used my wide angle for that and took one before everything got moved out. Oh well.
Here is the after. I am in love with it, so I hope it helps our house sell fast.
My cousin painting the walls with the new Olympic One paint/primer in one. It covered that burgundy awesome. It almost didn’t need a second coat. It only took 1 & 1/2 gallons. Then I got the curtain rods, curtains and chandelier from Lowes. Including the paint (which I used the rest to paint the laundry room), labor, and the curtains this project cost us right around $200. Not bad and I think it made a huge difference. Which we actually only spent $50 because we sold the fish tank before starting this project and that was $150.
All we have left to put the house on the market is make some signs, flyers and do a few odds and ends around the house. I am really praying it sells fast.
Linking up with This or That Thursday and Texture Thursday.
Here is my edit for Edit Me.
This weeks photo is from Alicia at Project Alicia. I loved the fell of this photo. I just tried to make it moodier. I adding some more contrast and used Pioneer Woman’s Lovely and Ethereal action.
