ClickinWalk 2012 | Norfolk, VA {WW #60}

Filed Under: Photography Tagged With: Wordless Wednesday

On Sunday Melissa and I lead a ClickinWalk in Norfolk, VA. It was so much fun!! I met some new friends and really enjoyed just walking around and taking photos without having to worry about rushing or keeping up with the boys. I took both my Nikon D7000 and the E-PL3 that Olympus sent me to try out. I actually took a lot more photos with the Olympus then with my Nikon. It is just so easy and the photos turn out great. All the photos in this post were taken with the E-PL3. I will be sharing more photos later this week.

I am sad that I will be sending that camera back this week. It has been such an awesome camera to carry around and snap photos. I will be hopefully be trying out more Olympus cameras in the future.

After we finished the walk we went and ate at Hell’s Kitchen. I ate the Philly Cheesesteak. I always try that at different restaurants because it is one of my favorite foods. It was so delicious. I will be going back again!

I actually overcame my fears and took photos of people out in public. It wasn’t too bad. I got a few funny looks but that is okay.

    I love your collection! I've always wanted to see what inspires people on a city walk. I just love these. My favorite is the little old man on his scooter! He is precious!

    These are all so fantastic! Loved that you caputured strangers in their element. I find it hard to take pictures of strangers of others too. Have you ever heard of the hip technique? I was reading about it and it seemed like an interesting way to capture people without being obvous lol.
