Here is my Clean Portrait Editing before and after.
I brightened and sharpened the eyes a touch using the Pioneer Woman’s bring on the eyes and sharpen this action. I then cleaned up the dirt that was on his arm. I used Paint the Moon’s Sunny Days & Vanilla Pop from their free Bees Knees Photoshop Action.
