This Chili Cream Cheese Dip is super easy to make and is always a hit when I bring it to parties for an appetizer.

Chili Cream Cheese Dip

The new Progresso chili pouches make cooking this dish so much easier. There are 3 flavors to choose from Roasted Vegetable Chili with 3 Beans, Smokehouse Pork and Beef Chili with Beans, Southwest Style White Chicken Chili with Beans. I went with the smokehouse pork & beef chili, but I think the white chicken chili would be good too.

Chili Cream Cheese Dip

I love serving this when we have friends over to watch a football game. Chili is quick and filling option to serve, especially when it is so “chilly” outside.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 pouch of Progresso Chili
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350.

  2. Soften the cream cheese in a pie dish for 30 seconds in the microwave.

  3. Spread it evenly in the bottom of the dish.

  4. Add the Progresso chili pouch and spread evenly.

  5. Top with cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly.

  7. Serve with tortilla chips.

Another way that I enjoy chili is with sour cream and cheddar cheese. I can’t wait to try the southwest style white chicken chili. I think I will try that with sliced avocado, lime juice, and tortilla strips.

Chili Cream Cheese Dip

If you are serving a big crowd on game day and need to make more it is easy. All you have to do is double the recipe and bake it in a 9×13 dish.

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

It was soooo cold out there tonight even with the sun. The wind was whipping. It may have been in the 40s but the wind chill was in the low 30s. I think my face is wind burned. Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). His games are harder to take video of cause his field is so big.

Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.
