This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Natalie Hodson, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #abscorepelvicfloor http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
Prestyn is turning two in November! I can’t believe it. As most of you know I have been on a journey to lose weight and down about 32 pounds. In between all of my pregnancies I do a pretty good job losing some weight but I still look 4 months pregnant! I am finally ready to take charge and target my “mom pooch”. My posture is also pretty terrible and in turn it causes a lot of back pain. I recently learned about a program called Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor. My core and back seem to be improving after just two weeks. Can’t wait to see how the next two weeks goes.
Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor addresses your “mom pooch” as well as other common issues associated with post-pregnancy – Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor, and incontinence. It is a 30 day program that is perfect for moms that are 6 weeks postpartum and beyond. Plus you can do the exercises from the comfort of your home on the floor! Prestyn hates when I leave him in child care at the gym, so this is super important to me.
Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor was written by personal trainer Natalie Hodson and Dr. Monique Middlekauff – a specialist in pelvic floor dysfunction. This program has simple exercises to help you heal your abdomen correctly. You can take your time and do it at your own pace. Their program is low impact and the best post baby workout.
You get the printable program, along with access to their videos. The videos help you understand the exercises and how to engage your muscles. Plus it includes additional nutriotional information. I enjoy taking time to take care of me each day while Prestyn is taking a nap. It is important that I get in the best shape so that I can run around with my boys, and enjoy being a mom.
