Saturday’s were made for big family breakfast. During the week and on Sunday’s our breakfast is usually rushed and filled with cereal. I really enjoy taking the time on Saturday’s to make a delicious breakfast. A couple Saturday’s ago I did not disappoint. I made mini apple cinnamon monkey bread, eggs, sausage cheese balls, and an orange cream smoothie.

For this you will need two cans of  Pepperdige Farms Apple Cinnamon Sweet Rolls. I grabbed mine at Walmart along with a bottle of Tropicana Orange Juice. There was a coupon for $1.00 off when you bought two cans of rolls and a jug or Florida Orange Juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pepperdige Farms Apple Cinnamon Sweet Rolls
  • 8 oz. Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 cups Florida Orange Juice
  • 2-3 cups of Ice.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375.
  2. Spray your muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Take your cans of cinnamon rolls and cut them into 12 small pieces.
  4. Fill your muffin tin about half full with pieces of cinnamon roll.
  5. Next, take your apple filling and squeeze some over your pieces.
  6. Top with more cinnamon roll pieces and any left over apple filling.
  7. Bake for 18 minutes.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan before removing gently from pain.
  9. Drizzle the icing over your apple cinnamon monkey bread.
  10. Add all the ingredients to your blender.
  11. Blend until smooth.
  12. Add more or less ice depending on the consistency you like.

Notes

I used the large muffin tins. You could use the regular size you would just need less cinnamon rolls

If you aren’t a big fan of smoothies, just pour a glass of Tropicana Orange Juice. It goes perfectly with this breakfast.

Orange-Juice

We will definitely make these recipes again. They were delicious and easy. I was able to prepare a good meal for my family without having to spend hours in the kitchen.

6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adans 6 weeks ago I cut off the top of my Monstera Adansonii because it was very tall but not bushy. It was nerve wracking at first. I had 5 total cuttings that I put into water. 4 of the pieces had roots longer than 2 inches with some secondary roots. The last piece is still in water, it has some roots but not enough, so giving it a bit more time. Where I cut it is also making a new stem and I noticed further down it was trying to branch out in other places. Hopefully it takes off this Summer and becomes fuller looking.

Annie did a great job playing tonight and was trying so hard to make a goal. The other team was short on players, so one of her teammates was goalie and did an awesome job stopping the ball. Annie tried a new strategy of holding the ball in between her feet until the other team gives up. 🤣 There is one clip of Prestyn (# 13). Today while eating lunch I told her it was close to coming out and we would need to pull it before bed. While eating chicken teriyaki she thought she swallowed it and spit out the chicken in her mouth. I dug through it and it wasn’t there. She started freaking out. Then looked on the chair and it was sitting right there. 🤣 A similar thing happened with Prestyn on one of his bottom teeth. My kids never want to pull them out until they fall out on their own. Ha.
