I love this Mexican restaurant white dipping sauce. It is soooo delicious. All the Mexican restaurants around where I live serve this along with the normal chips and salsa.
From what I hear this isn’t common practice everywhere. So, if you haven’t tried this you really need to make it. It is perfect to dip tortilla chips in, serve on a fish taco, on a quesadilla, etc. The possibilities are endless.
If you would like a thinner sauce just add a little more milk. If you want it to be spicier add in more red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce. Just remember it does get spicier the longer it sits.
This dip is definitely addicting so I have to be careful not to eat too much! This white dipping sauce is super easy to make and is a huge hit at a party. Yum!

I used two pint sized mason jars, but there was a little leftover that didn't fit in them.
