Sticky Chicken

  • 8 Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbs. Ketchup
  • Garlic Powder


  1. Preheat Oven to 375.
  2. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup for the sauce.
  3. Put chicken in the pan, pour the sauce over then chicken.
  4. Then sprinkle garlic powder over the chicken.
  5. Cook for about 45 min or longer, turning every 15 minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.

I usually serve with a side of extra sauce for dipping
