The easy part every year is deciding to live a healthier lifestyle. The hard part is actually sticking to it. Today I want to share how resolutions made easy will help you stick to your goals in the long run. Keep reading to find out how these products are helping my family along the way. 
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey & Amin.o. Energy
First up we have Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey & Amin.o. Energy. The gold standard whey has 24g of protein. Whey protein isolate is the primary source, which means a lot of the carbs and fat are isolated out or removed. I tried it in a glass with cold water, and in a blender with ice. It was easy to mix either way.
The protein powder only has 120 calories, 1.5g Fat (or less), 2g Sugar (or less), plus it is gluten-free. This would make the perfect breakfast or lunch replacement to help me stick to my goals of eating healthier. It has 5.5g of naturally occurring BCAA (for muscle growth) and 4g of naturally occurring Glutamine & Glutamic Acid (for recovery) which makes this perfect for before or after a workout. The protein powder comes in three flavors: Double Rich Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Cream, and Strawberries & Cream. If you add a scoop of peanut butter to the chocolate it tastes really delicious. I can not wait to try the vanilla ice cream flavor next.
Next, we have the amino energy. It contains 5g Amino Acids to help support muscle recovery. There is also caffeine from natural sources to support focus & energy. I will need this for sure since I am cutting out coffee this year. I use way too much creamer and I think I would rather cut it out altogether than drink it black. 1 serving = 100 mg caffeine which is about 1 cup of coffee. There is 0g Sugar, plus it is banned substance tested. Each tub includes 20 Servings. It comes in two flavors: Grape and Fruit Fusion. I really enjoyed the grape and could definitely feel the energy boost. I like that you can control the intensity of the product by deciding the number of scoops to put in your water to fit your needs.

Another part of our journey to a healthier life is to have vitamins for the whole family. Green Giant Veggie Hash Browns
Hashbrowns are especially a FAVORITE in my house. Therefore, I was excited to try a healthy alternative. The Green Giant Veggie Hash Browns bring you the same hearty flavor and crunchy bite you love from hash browns with one full serving of cauliflower in each serving. These are a splendid choice as a breakfast side or if you want a mouthwatering snack. I cooked them in our air fryer and they turned out perfect. I love that they are free of artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. Be sure to check out some of the other great Green Giant products at Walmart, such as the Cauliflower Gnocchi!
