Do you need an easy cookie to make for Santa tonight? Try these Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies. Super simple and delicious. 

Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

They are the perfect cookie to get your kids to help with. It will help create wonderful memories with your kids. Plus, you probably already have the ingredients on hand. Win/Win!

Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups oats

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, butter, and milk in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a full, rolling boil over med heat.
  3. Boil for one minute, without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until peanut butter is melted; stir in oats.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper.

They are perfect to serve with milk so Santa will really enjoy them. These are Kenny’s favorites. You could always add 1/3 cup of cocoa powder and they will be chocolate no bake cookies.

Annie decided kind of last minute that she wanted Annie decided kind of last minute that she wanted a My Little Pony birthday party instead of a cat birthday party for the 3rd year in a row. So I had to pull it together in a short amount of time. I also didn’t take nearly enough photos.

She is so kind and loving, but won’t put up with anyone being mean. She will stand up for herself and others. She’s full of the best kind of sass. Can’t wait to see where she goes in life.
