Every year when asked what cake I want for my birthday, I always say ice cream cake please! It is the best of both worlds, ice cream (one of my favorite desserts) and cake. Did you know July is national ice cream month? To celebrate I made a free ice cream printable and purchased a Carvel® Ice Cream Cake with Confetti complete with layers of vanilla and chocolate ice cream, plus chocolate crunchies and fresh whipped icing, this confetti-decorated ice cream cake is a celebration in itself.
I Love Ice Cream Cakes are delicious frozen ice cream cakes perfect for special occasions, everyday enjoyment and summer-time celebrations.
Since they are conveniently available in grocery stores nationwide, I can easily pick it up during my weekly grocery store run from the bakery or freezer section. They come in many different sizes and styles, including original Carvel®, Jon Donaire® and OREO®.
To kick off national ice cream month this weekend we enjoyed a Carvel® Ice Cream Cake with Confetti.
