Thanks Lorena Canals for sending me a rug for Annelyn’s nursery. All opinions are my own.
So technically she doesn’t have a nursery yet, this is just a corner of our bedroom. Even though Annelyn is our 4th baby and we have no more bedrooms I still wanted to give her a space of her own. This stuff will all be moved to her room once we figure out arrangements. We bought her a new crib because I wasn’t ready to move Prestyn out of his crib, plus it was navy blue and I really wanted a white crib for her.
I found the cutest bedding set at Target and registered for it. My aunt and cousin bought it for Annelyn. I am in love with it. I purchased this little rolling cart from Target also. I wanted something I could use as my bedside table for water and to charge my phone, but that served a dual purpose of storing Annelyn’s stuff. I knew I didn’t have a ton of room to store stuff for her, we keep the majority of her clothes in Prestyn’s room. In the rolling cart I keep a few extra outfits, blankets, diapers, wipes and anything else I use frequently.
Her little area needed a comfy touch and I achieved that with a Lorena Canals rug. It is cute, soft, and washable. The washable part is so important to me. I can’t tell you the amount of times I have stood by her crib burping her about to lay her down and she spits up down my shirt and onto the rug. I picked the Stripes Glacier rug because it was neutral and figured it could grow with her as her room changes.
