Did you see Netflix released Pee–wee’s Big Holiday movie last month? We were sent a box of goodies to go open while we were watching the movie.
It came with a map and showed a scene from the movie where you got ready to open the box, then the other scene you opened the corresponding box. The first box contained a couple Pee-wee shirts. Dustyn loved wearing his during the movie.
One of the boxes included cups, straws, and Dan’s Diner: Classic Chocolate Milkshake recipe. Well, as most of you know I am doing Trim Healthy Mama, so I was on the quest to make it a little more healthy. Enjoy this simple guilt free chocolate milkshake, because it only has a total of 18 grams of carbs and 8 grams of fat. I split it in half between the two glasses, so if you only had half it would be considered an FP snack on the Trim Healthy Mama plan. If you drank the whole thing it would be considered a XO meal. Of course, if you aren’t on a diet enjoy the original recipe below.
Guilt Free Chocolate Milkshake
A guilt free chocolate milkshake. Perfect to enjoy while doing the Trim Healthy Mama plan. Enjoy half of this recipe to have an E snack or the whole thing for a XO.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream
- 3/4 cup unsweetened Almond or Cashew Milk
- Couple squirts of sugar free chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth & frothy.
- Enjoy.
