Cream the shortening, butter, margarine, and the sugars.

Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well.

Mix in the flour, salt and baking soda.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Chill the dough for an hour or two before baking.

Drop spoonfuls onto Reynolds parchment paper on cookie sheets.

Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.

Let cool on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.
