Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies + Must Watch Shows This Fall

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 canned pumpkin purree
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • chocolate chips if desired


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Make brownies according to directions on box.
  3. Cream together the cream cheese, pumpkin, egg, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour 3/4 of the brownie mix into a greased pan.
  5. Top with the cream cheese/pumpkin mixture.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of remaining brownie mix on top and use a fork to make swirls. (mine didn't turn out great)
  7. Top with chocolate chips, if desired.
  8. Bake according to directions on brownie box or until a toothpick come out clean.
